"Kowalski, I need to-" Private stuck his head around the door without a second thought. Borrowing Kowalski's scissors was the main thing on his mind.
"Ugh..." Kowalski slumped to the floor, unconscious. A pool of blood was spreading around him and the main part of his left side which was covered in burns. Private couldn't move. He was frozen to the spot. What had happened here?!
"SKIPPER!" He screeched as he found the strength to run to him. Private sat him up and cradled him in his wings. "Don't die, Kowalski, Please don't die!" He shook him, willing him to wake up, to show he was going going to be okay. Private would have rather him slap

I like this style, but what could not be there is the empty belly spot. (Kingdom Heart's isn't really with that type of thing)
